Our Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your Black Line Crazy order, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Here’s how to arrange your return:

1. Make sure the product you return is not damaged and is in its original condition. Please include original and respective tags and packaging. Otherwise we’ll be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
2. Item/s must not have been used, worn, washed or altered in any way.
3. You submit the original sales receipt/proof of purchase from Black Line Crazy.
4. You obtain a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Black Line Crazy before returning the products. Please make sure to include that RMA with the returned product. Black Line Crazy reserves the right to refuse any product returned under the 30 Day Return Right that does not meet these criteria

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please contact our customer service via email at hello@blacklinecrazy.com. Exchanges and returns are subject to shipping and handling charges.

After 30 days from date of purchase, all sales are final. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Please note that only products in the original packaging with all materials and in new condition are eligible for refund. Please note that failure to return all items included with your product may result in the product being shipped back to you at your own expense.

Once the return is received and verified to meet all of the above conditions allow 15 business days from the date of receipt for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.

Please note: If you purchase a bag from the Street Talk Collection, there is an understanding that the bag will show signs of wear and tear over time. It is made of a material which is durable but not indestructible.

Please note:  We hope you’ll understand there are no returns on any purchases of Black Line Crazy ART. Each piece is printed to order and is not refundable.
